Students in Cali, Colombia work, borrow, scrimp and save to pay their college and advanced education tuition. Colombia doesn’t offer scholarships or financial aid and while banks offer loans, the high interest rates put those loans out of reach for many. Students talked to me about the creative ways they earn money to pay for their way.
